Welcome to North East Trade Company

We're here to serve your Mussleloading and BlackPower needs.  We've been doing so since 1974.

Shop online, give us a call or stop in our store.

Our shop is just a stones throw away from Muncy Creek, near the historic John Brady's Fort site (build 1977) and the massacre site of Captain John Brady.

Muncy Pennsylvania is the cross-roads of many Native American paths and is rich in history, such as being the past home of the 84th Pennsylvania, which fought in the war between the states.

We are situated just North of Muncy, a fitting place for a muzzleloading store.

A shooter from the North South Skimmerish Association (NSSA) bought and tried our MCM lube and liked it so much that North East Trade Co. is now the sole supplier of this product for the NSSA sutlers, as well as other stores throughtout the U.S.A.  This and 50+ other products have been developed for use by the black powder shooter.

A large machine shop on-site is dedicated to manufacturing top quality accoutrements and accessories, as well as the repair of all types of muzzleloading rifels, pistols and revolvers.

Repair parts are in stock or can be ordered.

Our machine shop manufactures top-quality accouterments and accessories for the black powder trade.  We also repair mussleloading rifels, pistols and cap-and-ball revolvers.

We have a large stock of repair parts to fit your needs as well.  There is also a large selection of Cival War reenactment supplies.

John DeWald, owner and operator of North East Trade Co. currently attends a few rendezvouses a year.  He has a booth set up at several national NSSA shoots.  He not only supplies, but shoots competition as a member of the 149th NY Volunteer Infantry.  He is a member of NSSA (North South Skimmerish Association), NMLRA (National Muzzleloading Rifle Association), NRA (National Rifle Association) and the Pennsylvania Association of Blackpower Shooters.
