Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  Our checkout process is always up to date and PCI compliant. 

Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at North East Trade Co.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy. 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  All USPS shipping methods include up to 50 USD of shipping insurance.  If your purchase is above 50 USD and you want extra insurance for the shipment you may add it from the online store.

All North East Trade Co returns are processed for a refund that is issued to the original method of payment.  It takes 7-14 business days to process all returns.  Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed.  All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition to be considered for refund.  Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of shipment.  

If you need to exchange and item for a different size, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on our online store.  You can also contact the store to setup an exchange as well. 

If you have purchased custom items specific to your needs, the sale on those custom items are final and nonrefundable. 

All shipping in the return or exchange process is paid by the customer.  Items must be received from the shipper to be considered for return or exchange.  North East Trade Co is not a shipping company and is not responsible for shipping.  If you ship an item to us or an item is being shipped to you and it has not arrived at it's intended location please contact the shipping company and provide an associated tracking number.
